Terms of Service

1. What this service is

[OPERATOR NAME] ("we") runs this registry so that people can publish and download rigs: bundles of configuration (instructions, skills, MCP server definitions, hooks, permissions) for AI coding tools. Using the registry means you accept these terms.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a GitHub account. You are responsible for what is published under your name and for keeping your account and your command-line tokens safe. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

3. What you may publish

You may publish only content you have the right to publish. Rigs are public unless you keep them private. A rig must never contain a secret (API keys, tokens, passwords, private keys) or personal information about anyone else. The registry scans every upload and refuses what it finds, but the scan is a safety net, not a promise: you remain responsible for your content.

Your rights: you keep ownership of what you publish. By making a rig public you give everyone a licence to download, use and share it under the licence named in the rig (or, if none is named, to use it for its intended purpose of configuring their own tools).

4. What you may not do

See the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no malware, no attempts to steal credentials or data, no impersonation, no abuse of the service.

5. Rigs run code on other people's machines

Downloading a rig can install hooks and MCP servers that run on the downloader's computer. Downloaders are shown what will run before anything is applied, and are responsible for reviewing it. We do not guarantee that any rig is safe. Scans and reports reduce risk; they do not remove it.

6. Versions are permanent

A published version never changes. You can yank a version (hide it from new installs) but not delete it, because other people's lockfiles depend on it. We may remove a version that breaks the rules (see the takedown policy).

7. Our rights

We may refuse, hide or remove any rig, and suspend accounts, to protect users, comply with the law or enforce these terms. We may change the service or these terms; we will announce material changes on the site.

8. No warranty; limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from rigs you download or from the service being unavailable. [LAWYER: jurisdiction, governing law, liability cap, dispute resolution.]
